What if we stopped for just a moment each day to ask ourselves how we were really feeling?
What if we stopped to ask ourselves if we are really happy?
What the definition of happiness was for us?
Not what we think it should be, but what it is for US?
What if we chose to pay more attention to the things that made us smile and less on the things that made us frown?
What if we could be open to learning about who people are and not judging them for who we think they are?
What if we could listen to our own intuition and follow it's guidance?
What if we could could ourselves some slack?
What if we could love and accept ourselves for who we are in this very moment?
